Langhe Doc Sauvignon

Langhe Doc Sauvignon

In the Langhe region, Sauvignon expresses its full potential as an international grape variety, preserving its distinctive character while absorbing a touch of our identity from the white marl soils of Tortonian origin.

The result is a wine with an elegant aromatic profile, featuring a bouquet reminiscent of tropical fruit, pleasant and instantly recognizable. Its hallmark is the exotic note, with aromas evoking boxwood, tomato leaf, grapefruit, and passion fruit.
On the palate, it reveals a subtle texture and lively freshness: the marked salinity harmoniously balances the generous alcohol content and rich extract.

The Vineyard
In Monforte, the Sauvignon vines grow on hills that look like they were drawn by hand. The soil here is special, made of marl and sand that give strength and character to the grapes. Between one curve and the next, the rows of vines follow the rhythm of the land, kissed by the sun and the wind of the Langhe. It’s a place where every plant is cared for with dedication, almost as if it were part of the family.
