Langhe DOC Bianco
Langhe DOC Bianco
In the heart of Monforte d'Alba, near the prestigious MGA Bussia, an exceptional Viognier is born, cultivated by L'Astemia.
This grape variety, related to Freisa, ferments in barrel and ages for 10 months in tonneaux, giving life to a wine that combines the structure of Chardonnay, the freshness of Sauvignon, and the aromatic qualities of Gewürztraminer.
A complex and multifaceted white wine, it releases a sumptuous, enveloping aromatic profile with a fruity note of peach. With a full body, it balances sapidity and minerality, enriched by elegant balsamic aromas typical of Monforte.

The Vineyard
In Monforte, the Viognier vines grow on hills that seem hand-drawn. The soil here is special, composed of marl and sand, giving strength and character to the grapes.
Between one curve and another, the rows follow the rhythm of the land, kissed by the sun and the wind of the Langhe. It’s a place where each plant is cared for with dedication, almost as if it were part of the family.
